Intentionally created to allow your child to visit campus with a group their own age, participants will be paired with current Prairie students for an up close and personal look at everything from classes to activities. There’s no better way to see if Prairie is the place for your child!

In addition to offering busing for local Racine families via the Racine Unified School District, Prairie is also happy to offer private busing for residents living in Milwaukee and Kenosha Counties.

Open to all students in Racine, Pre-K through 12th Grade, Summer on the Prairie’s day camps and workshops offer an unmatched opportunity to learn, explore, perform, discover, create, and grow — all on our beautiful campus along the shores of Lake Michigan.

Required as part of the application process, our Discovery Days afford your child a chance to be assessed for pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten readiness.

Through a creative, hands-on program that includes the disciplines of music, theatre, and technical theatre our students embrace an array of both curricular and extracurricular performing arts experiences that span Pre-Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade.
